[SSS Winch Challenge]

ATTENTION ALL COMPETITORS!!!

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES WE HAVE HAD TO MOVE THE DATE FOR ROUND 3 OF THE GPS TO THE 14 - 16 OCTOBER 2011!!

THERE WILL BE FOOD AVAILABLE FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST & LUNCH.

WE WILL WORK OUT WHAT THE EXTRA COST FOR FOOD ON TOP OF THE NOMINATION FEE (IF YOU WANT TO BE FED) WILL BE ONCE DETAILS ARE WORKED OUT.

Catering for this event will be $30 per person.

This includes:

Friday night dinner;
Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner;
Snacks during the day; and
Sunday breakfast

Racing will be at Landcruiser Park only this round.

Our thoughts go out to all the families and friends who have been affected by the floods.

Due to the lack of numbers for 2010 we will only be continuing the SSS GPS Series for 2011 if we get a minimum of 10 cars that nominate and pay before the due date.

We would be looking at 4-6 or 11-13 March 2011 for the first round. For those that pay early we will reimburse if we don't get the numbers.

Spoke with Sterlo today and the truck is good. There is also a GPS run planned on the 5th March at Cityview if that helps set your dates.

Venue: Landcruiser Mountain Park

Competitors only.

Swagging it Friday night, back at main base Saturday night.

Must be self sufficient - must bring own food etc although for an extra $20 per person, Friday night to Saturday including dinner will be provided.

Competitors will need to carry excess fuel as we will be doing roughly 500 kms.
Stirlo will be taking a trailer & will carry furl.

Nomination Fee: $200.00

Still waiting on numbers... Only 4 nominated & paid so far....
If we get 10 between now & June then yes we will definitely be running round 1... If we don't get the numbers we won't be.

I would love to come along to this run but work is killing us at the moment. I spoke with Brian Gregg and big Will at a recent event and told me how good they are.
