Their is no information for a real answer to that, generally a triangulated rear end is hard to beat if it set up correctly but you need to give the guys on this forum more info about your truck ,and what you what to achieve with it.

3-link with A Frame, only because I haven't heard of a Triangluar 4 link before.
But personally I would do a 4 link with triangulation (uppers, lowers or both) to suit your application.

Sorry a bit of back ground it will be a cut down 40 built for TT build light as possible rear steer running LC diffs with full hydro f&r the wheel base will be 110-115
I did TT this year and for what my truck is i'm happy with it but thought i might start again and get rid of my current truck as its all engineerd and don't want to cut it up to achive what i want.
