Help with New Aircon - HJ60 Stationwagen

good day..

i'm living in south africa.
i bought a hj60 cruiser without a aircon, thinking i would install one later on. to my suprise no one can help me with a aircon in the country.

i'm in the beginning of the restoration, starting to build it up again.

does anyone maybe know were can i find a aircon unit for my hj60, importing seems to be my only option.

Plenty of wreckers here should be able to get an aircon unit out of an old 60. Of course, the fun part would be putting it all bacck together again and getting it working.

Really? Nobody? That's amazing! I would look at a second hand kit like the other guy said and have the compressor overhauled, the evaporator and condensor flushed, fit a new TX valve and drier and have any suspect looking pipes re made. There are plenty of places here that could help you out with all of it, just depends how serious you want to get with the build.
