Exhaust size and options

Post by TheBigBoy »

Where is the best place in brissy to get a stainless exhaust. I have a 2.5 or 3" exhaust already thats rusted through and falling apart. What size is best for my 1HDT? I had a guys number once who was mobile and did custom stuff and for a good price. But cant find it anymore. Cheers guys

Ive emailed them for a price. Due to work commitments, I dont think I can get all the way out there. Has anyone fitted 1 of their kits? Any problems and rough $$$. What size should I go 2.5" or 3"? I will get my turbo high flowed in the future but I also want to run a muffler to keep the noise down. Any idea's.

if you want performance, definitely go with 3" all the way from the back of the turbo.
Use the longest full flow muffler you can fit in, it wont reduce performance, but will help keep it quiet. No mufflers will sound like a tractor with a broken manifold
