Rear Full floater hub service video tutorial just finished

Post by lshobie »

Hi Guys, I made a video showing the complete tear down and re-assembly of a rear full floater hub on my cruiser, covers all cruisers with full floating rear axles. Probably very similar for most other models as well.

have a look if interested:

Nice video mate, i liked the tips through it, like aligning the nut with the groove, its gonna make it a lot easier next time i need to find that bloody hole where the little lock screws go lol. I wonder if 80series have these grooves, i have never noticed them.

Ya, you do what you can at the time, I also use a brass drift when I have one. The drift is better admittedly.

Thanks for watching!

Don't like how you spell tyre. :finger:

Really good vid. Except the gloves bit. If you're going to pack bearings by hand then it has to be bare handed I reckon. Otherwise you've taken all the fun out of it.
