Any suggestion's for settings on 100 serries 105? i have tried a few things but not sure

This is what makes suspension so hard to get right as far as manufacturing goes, because everyone seems to like different things. Nobody could really tell you how to set the shocks for your vehicle as you are the one driving it everyday and know what you are comfortable with.

Generally with the src we have found somewhere around halfway out (or more) on the adjustment screw works well for most people.
Generally there will be a setting you will find feels the best for most cases but it takes time and if all else fails the beauty of the SRC's and similar shocks is the ability to revalve to suit application.
If however you have specific concerns about ride quality for your car it may be best to ring the guys and talk with them.
