i smashed a transferbox to bits so have got a new one to go in my truck. have pulled the old transfer off but would like to know if you can set up backlash in the transfer...??? from what i can see you cant, im just wanting to check everything while its apart.

Pretty sure you dont need to. When I did the gears in my HiLux box it was just a case of removing everything and putting the new gears and bearings back in.
