hey guys thought i would show u all what i have been working on



the fj 62
i have made from
12mm winch plate the sides are 10mm which also double as recovery points the tube i have used is 48mm od 4mm wall and also 44mm 4mm wall

a sorty gq just a basic bar i have made i am going to add a winch plate when he has the funds

front mounts to the chassis are made from 10mmx100mm also has recovery points made all from 48mm od 4mm wall and also 10mm x 50mm gussets to main bar

the rear bar is also 48mm od 4mm wall with tow bar incorporated into it

this gu bar is made from 48mm 4 mm wall winch plate is made from 10mm x 150mm and i have put 8mmx65mm on edge for add support

joels gq wagon made from 48mm 4mm wall and 44mm 4mm wall 10mm winch plate and recovery points and have frenched in the fairlead as to get the winch as high as we could

really nice lines on those bars! you have a good eye for it.

is 12mm plate really necessary though for the winch plate?

Some great looking bars there, you've managed to match the lines of the original cars pretty well there.

just had the right size there in the 10mm and 12mm so using them up for winch plates that fj weights 41kg which isnt that bad for what it is all made from the arb one i took off was 58kg and had terrible approach

What sort of $$ are these bars? I wouldnt mind a basic winch bar for a GQ.
