Troopy door locks

the inside door luck knob was lent on yeserday by my little brother and it now slightly bent backwards. the knob is really hard to pull out or push back in and the lock doesnt automatically unlock if u shut the door withour holding up the handle. i tried to get the interior panellin of this morning but the window winder had me stuck? how do i get this off. also what do i do to make the lock knob work propely

any help appreciated

there is normally a small clip on the back of the winder i attached a pic of what they look like, you need to use a screwdriver to get em off, or a hook ov some sort, be carefull, they have the tendancy to fly
