Nippon oil filter

Post by sw1 »

I recently went to a shop specialising in air & oil filters, I asked for either Fleetguard or Donaldson filters & he came out with a Nippon filter.
He gave me a bit of a sell on them & I politely insisted with what I originally asked for, stating this is the first time I have seen Nippon.

Anyone know about quality or origin of Nippon?
The bloke at the counter suggested that these were the people that make the filters for Nissan. I suppose he will say anything for a sale.
