could anyone tell me if the 6.5 ltr v8 diesel has the same bell housing as the 350,ls1 and ls2

the chev bellhousing are the same pattern. I think the ls1/ls2 has a extra bolt hole at the top but everything else is the same. I've got a t4oo behind a 6.2 diesel & a mate has 1 fitted to a ls2.

Pattern is the same but if running a t400/350/700 behind a LS u need a spacer for the flex plate or converter. cant remember which one

thanks guys
I just brought a 60 series auto and transfer case so i can use transfer with the lower gearing in my 73 series and it happens to have full adapter kit for a 6.5 ltr v8 diesel

now what to do with auto and chevy adapter :lol: :lol:

yeah i know that but from what i have read they a renown for being a weak trans.. i know mine blew up probably due to the lack of care for it but from what ive read there not the best...
