Theres not really anything u can do wrong in the t case. sounds to me like one of the hubs may have a problem

Lock both of your hubs in, DO NOT turn on the CDL and see if u can turn the tailshaft. if u cant turn it then the hubs are fine, and u will have to look into the t case.

You fit it yourself? You 100% sure you put everything back in right and all bolts were done up really tight.

when mine went in it worked for a couple of months than did what you are describing by not goin into 4wd with the light on the dash not coming on than one morning it was on with out me doin anything and now i can't get it back into 2wd it has to do with the wiring or vacum lines or the vacum pump itself a mate of mine always had problems with his and ended up pulling it out and putting it a manual HF1A t case this is the way i'm looking at going as i'm sick of fixing the heap of shit :bad-words:

What did you do up at 27ftlbs? The spool goes on a lot tighter than that.

72ft-lb to be exact... i wouldnt think they have come undone though, but i would still do them up again. You got all the shims back in where they were?

By the way, the covers are 27ft-lb.

There's a number of plugs on top of the transfer you plugged these back in? One of these goes to cdl switch im pretty sure. When putting the back cover back on after converting mine I noticed I had the plugs caught in the case which also mind you damaged the wires so I had to rewire the plug.
