Is your 4.5 carburetor or fuel injection?
The worst part about being told you have Alzheimer's, is that it doesn't just happen once.
Re: my 4.5 petrol 80 seiras want idole on hills
Arn't they all EFI?
Re: my 4.5 petrol 80 seiras want idole on hills
Some markets out of australia have carby'd 1fz's (a 1FZ-F) and squeeky sounds like an outlander
It does sound like a typical carb problem though - wrong float level, poor fuel pressure, blocked idle jet or just in poor tune.
If it's EFI then you would have to look at the idle control motor or fuel pressure. Although poor fuel pressure/flow would cause other issues. Apparently bad fuel relays are common too.

thanks for the tips ill have to go have a look on the weekend
Inspect the air and vacuum hoses around the intake for cracks. A mate had a similar problem; once he was on just the right angle the crack in the hose would open and he'd sputter and cough until he was back on level ground. Took him a while to find cause you couldn't see it normally.
Just another thing to check.
And not trying to be a dick but your post is really hard to read. Can I suggest spellchecking before hitting submit? I literally had to read what you wrote three times before I got it. Again, not taking a swipe at you.
