Had the situation on the weekend where low range was engaged but had no drive to the front wheels. After moving the lever in and out of H4/L4 a number of times I finally got drive to the front...
What adjustment is required here?

BUNDERA - Low range engaged occasionally no drive to front

does the H4 button always work? if not, then there is a problem with the vacuum 4/2 shift mechanism of the front of the transfer case.
if the H4 button works fine, the problem is probably with the H/L switch on the transfer case - it might be loose or intermittent or have dirty plugs.
that switch, from memory, is on top of the transfer, towards the rear, on the right side. I could be wrong on this! but there are only 2 switches on the transfer, the other is on the right side about halfway along and is the 2/4 switch.
good luck!
cheers
