Diesel tuners with in house dyno brisbane area

Post by def90 »

ok so i'm looking for a diesel guru with a in house dyno (prefer 4 wheel) to tune my soon to be finished little old school 4 pot 3.9L turbo isuzu in my land rover. want to ramp up the fuel and boost around 20psi, and have it tuned properly - not just the old 'turn the fuel up it till it smokes then back it off a bit' method, potentially some pump mods, etc

so who in the brisbane area knows their shiat and whereabouts are they?

thx.....

You could try MIKE VINE at capalaba if your bayside. He does great work on all engines ...
I'm not quitting drinking, I'm retiring at the top of my game - sporting comeback likely.

Please post up your dyno charts when you get this done. Owners of other little old school 4 bangers are curious.

From memory 1200hp race trim and 1400hp for qualifying. Didn't need torque if they didn't stop and had bucket loads of revs. Engines were EX 2002's. First engine had 350,000km on it before turboed.... after a little machining was done.
