Yes and no... most bolt on parts are different as are the pistons. you after any particular info on a part?

i assume you mean the 3 litre diesel ZD30 motor.

the navara version is almost the same and the non-commonrail patrol version. main difference is different turbo and control system. navara runs off boost sensor and normal turbo while patrol uses MAF sensor and variable turbo. which is the cause of lots of the patrol problems.
