any normal mechanical tools wil do the job no idea on the weight of the cab and 2 people should be able to carry a complete axel no probs

Lifted an 85 cab the other day off a truck. Up and over the engine. All that was off was the doors. So with bonnet guards and full interior me and 3 other guys lifted it no dramas. Any less than four guys and I can see it being a real bitch. Dont know what youd need an oxy for though. I figure if it takes an oxy to get it off then it aint sposed to come off. :?

Hey got the rear axel off today no worries. Might try the cab tommorow. Do you think it can be lifted off by 4 people on each corner? or will i need a winch of some sort?

Also do you think the Engine could be lifted if i cut chassis up and leave some bars to grip to conected to the engine so we can lift it? How much does it weigh? looks small 2L. probably work something else out but just curious.

Got the cab off with 4 people just tricky geting it over the gear stick and the engine just remember to disconnect all the wires or you will be stuck holding the cab up for what seems forever :? while the other person tries to get it undone. Other wise no worries.
