Between my self and 5 mates we have spent well over 10k with them and have never had any problem in any way. You may need to check your junk mail for there emails. I have never had it take more then 2 days for a response. Never waited longer then 10 days for an order. Only ever had one wrong shipped part and it was fixed that day with an email and they let me keep the wrong part and sent me the correct one express I had it in me hands 4 days later.
I have nothing but praise for them and there business
