Hey guys, I know It's not a 4WD and it's a F**D, but does anyone know to get rid of the little spanner icon on the dash of an EL Falcon? I think it is to indicate that a service is due but I have already done one on it. :crazyeyes:

something about holding the odo button down and something with the key.

I believe you press and hold the trip counter reset button (ie. to zero the distance) and hold it for at least 10 seconds. It'll beep, and the spanner will disappear.

The only long term fix is to remove the globe

press and hold trip meter button
key on
wait 10 seconds until it beeps and the spanner disappears.
let go of button.
