Twin transfer case road legal?

Post by MEANRX »

Can i legally put a twin transfer setup in my fj45? It will be getting engineered but i haven't talked to the engineer about this yet. What are others experiences with this? Cheers.

As long as the speedo is correct, I cant see any reason why it couldn't be done legally.

I don't see it being a problem. We just had a truck engineered with twin cases. The main thing was whether the shafts were made properly and that the cases we're mounted sufficiently. This was in NSW

Hope it helps
