HEY EVERYONE.

MY F75 ROCKY SPORTS AFIELD STARTED TO USE WATER SO I GOT A VRS KIT STRIPPED THE HEAD OFF AND TO MY ANNOYANCE FOUND NO BREACHING OF THE GASKET BUT A CRACK ALL THE WAY FROM THE PRE COMBUSTION CHAMBER TO THE INLET VALVE GUIDE.
SO IM AFTER A HEAD FOR THE 2.8L DIESEL TURBO DL-51 ENGINE
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

hey mate did you try taking the head to a head shop and see if they can weld it up or fix it ? and wont a non turbo head (dl42) fit on as a replacement ?

Its a shame Twistup. I had a head and other associated motor stuff in m y spare parts car that went to Sims a few years ago.

I still have 2 complete motors, one in a chassis, and one buried in the workshop, either you could have, you could have both would be even better for me, same deal as the axles/diff parts, if only you were a little bit closer. Because one of these days, wneh I get my act together, the whole lot will be heading for Sims.

@ brenton - Yeah he said cause its cast iron no go for welding it.

try daihatsu wreckers at archerfeild qld they will post any were ,
i had mine weld up as turbo head no problems .
F77 92 2.8 td work ute up for sale
kz185 td hilux surf 97 for the misses
