Hello!!!!

im looking for a new battery for my 4runner 1988 Ln61....

ive seen one in ebay. Is this battery good as starterbattery or would you recommend another one??? and if yes which one...price shouldnt be more than 170 dollars...

I cant recharge my old battery and i dont know why....ive messure the current while the car is standing(without running engine and light) and it draw about 150 mA....is that normal...i dont thing so. do you have any idea what it could be...

if you want a good cranking battery, get a CAT battery.
i got 2 in my patrol, 880 CCA

looks like alice is the closest your gonna get one, not far really, are you travelling or working out there?

hey im working here...for maybe two months....but id like to travel to darwin...so its on my way...

i tried to find these batteries online (ebay, google) but i found nothing...is there a online shop as well

you would have to go to the cat australia website and have a look around. i think you can purchase online if your registered or something.
im not entirely sure, i just went to the place, cause it wasnt 250 km away :P

maybe they can deliver? if you ring them they might be able to help..

I got a Battery from all purpose batteries on ebay. got to say ive been happy with it for a cheap battery. Cost me $150 for their top one (got it for the price of the normal range as i picked it up). they called that model the challenger 790 cca.

Its only been in the truck for 4 months so far but its been sweet, left the lights on came back and no issues, if i forget to take it out of gear AND forget to take the hand brake off before starting it :oops: (not just once im afraid) it will start the car easily.
