Could some one tell me how heavy is a 80 series transfer case no oil

1 person can carry it although i dont recommend it., if your lifting into a car use a trolley jack to help support it, 1 person to stabilise it and 1 to align it and do bolts.
if your just moving it 2 people is the way to go as mentioned they are heavy, my spare transfer with no oil in it was about as heavy to lift as my mates auto vitara's gearbox and transfer together

93 RV, 5 in tough dog lift, dobinsons shocks and coils, PA, dual fuel, many many oil leaks and a ton of character.

about 35 kg
toyota 80#,d/cab ute chop,6" springs,20mm body lift, 315/75/16 muds, and 39" michelin XML play tyres , turbo 4.2 1HZ top mount intercooler diesel.now ENGINEERED.
