Post by Nat84 »

hi there guys
i have this delema i'm going to be putting a TH350 and a 1 piece t/case in to my fj40 now the Torque Convertor is a 2500 stall and was told that with my set up the stall would drop to 1600-1800

my Transfer Case Low Range would be 20.30 which i know is low a 60 series with auto is 27.89 which is not the best ether but with the heir stall it cant be all that bad of road

any in put would be good

that's where my torque converter was serviced at told the guys there it was a stock converter then get a call the next day saying it is a hi stall and was advised not to put a stock one in as there higher stall would be ok if not better 77 fj40 4speed T/case (Low Range 1.96) 4.11 diffs and 35s

fair enough I don't know much about torque converters so I leave that stuff to people who do know and i was more then happy with there service the first time so I used them again on my latest truck at least they have some sort of warranty free adjustment or something ??? so if its wrong I surpose they can fix it somehow i guess
