Frank's got the dimensions. As for gotchas, the frontmost body bolts are hidden by a small piece of foil tape, so look carefully. Is it an auto or 5speed? My auto only needed a cable adjustment for a 2" BL. I also had to undo the frame mounted bracked on the fuel filler hose. And I moved the power steering reservoir inboard, and attached it by one bolt to give it a bit more slack. In the back, those boady mounts left over from the leaf sprung models will get in the way of the back bumper. Either remove the bumper before you lift, or cut them off, since they're doing nothing anyway. Finally, that funny-looking ring in the rear wheel well: we have figured it must be some kind of emergergency body anchor. Apparently you can flip it upside down and bend the through bolt to make it go back on. Haven't tried that yet...
Its not a huge PITA, just pay attention to the details.

3" lift
I lifted my Jabber (93 V6 auto) not too long ago. Thought I'd have problems going 3 inches, but no. Loosened Steering Spline, extended the Fuel Filler Pipe, checked all Looms for length but she was apples.
Only took me 2 and a half hours by myself.
Yet to lift my Bumber and Bull Bar yet, but its a weekend project. If I finished all at once I'll have nothing to work on.
Will post pics when I get back to Australia.
