i have a 1985 suzuki sierra
2 inch suspension lift
2 inch extended shackles
30 inch all terrains
my question is would i be able to run like hilux diffs or a wider diff with out having to modify any thing like just bolt them straight onto the car as is without any mods.... as im looking to have a wider track so its more stable off road... as it is extremely hard to find suzuki wide tracks where i am.....

Is it LWB or SWB? If its SWB your going to have some trouble with the rear drive shaft angle. To fix that you will need a bundy rear end or be looking for cruiser diffs. Both have been done plenty of times. A nother option many people forget about is Disco diffs. They are known to be a weak diff but that with 3 tons on them, on a sierra they are good and to add to that they are 4 wheel disc with small 3rd members and they have the correct offset on the rear diff.
To answer your question directly what you have is enough for lux diffs. But your going to have to go to at least 32s to have the same diff clearance you have now.
Have you Pm'ed Want33s? he was wrecking out Sierras and had a few W/T diffs. Put up a wanted add on here, Auszookers and http://www.rockracing4x4.com i bet you find a set of W/T diffs before you know it.

There is NO "bolt in" wider axle. Even WT axles aren't a bolt in - the spring perches have to be moved to suit the NT chassis mounts.
The only reason to consider hilux axles would be if you were running 33" tyres or bigger and breaking suzuki stuff.
Wheelspacers are the cheap and easy way to add track width, next easiest are offset rims.
Bear in mind though, adding width is a double edged sword. The car is more stable, but you loose line options and you start of fall into everyone else's ruts.
I'm not great fan of narrow track axles, but they are not the stability problem they seem.

You cannot change your diffs to another make in qld, This is for blue plating purposes, if your worried about that..

You're not trying hard enough then
My sierra is very (too) wide and it falls over all the time. When I say too wide, I mean that I'm falling into everyone else's ruts and that's hurting my capability, and it still falls over.
I say keep the track width under control an enjoy choosing lines.
I'm not advocating running it stock NT width, but 2" wheel spacers or offset rims are plenty. Keep the car low and take it easy.
