Thanks legend... I should have made myself more clear. Its the tee bar clamps. The ones that bolt from your verticle bull bar post to your side bars at 90 degree's. 40nb through 40nb :)

Its not 2 peice. So it wont fit around the bullbar pipe. I have found 1 but its in the states. They arent worth much, just finding the right 1 is pretty hard.

Thanks mate. But, those ones are everywhere and will look a bit crappy. Would you put them on your side bars? Or would you be happy if you bought bars with them on it?

I looked buy can't find it (sounds like something the mrs would say lol), tho will try to describe it.

It's just a short piece of tube (bout 80mm long) that slides neatly inside your 40nb which is notched & welded to the hoop on the ARB bar.
Then slide the 40nb over it and drill a hole through both and bolt the 2 together.

I rang ARB head office today and asked they are $9 each and they need a couple of days notice to get them from the factory up to the sales counter.

Shiteloads cheaper than I thought.

Awsome....... Mate thanks

edit, I just rang queensland state office. $48 for the set (4 half's) so $12 per half. $24 per side. I wish they where $9. If you can get them for $18 a set. Ill get you to post me some. :)

I know it doesnt sound like much to everyone but I need like 10 sets and it adds up fast $180 vs $480

That's probably what they were quoting me, $9 per half so $18 per set. But yours would only be $240 for 10 sets, notn $480.

By the time postage and rooting around is considered $240 is a good price.

Yeah, like 10 cars = 4 halfs.

How can I make my own? Notch and weld pipe together and then cut it down the guts? Id rather just find some acceptable looking tee clamps and just buy them. :)

If you makeing the bars. I am guessing you know how to use a notcher. Weld abit of tube 90degrees to the bar in the direction you want. Then with the side rail. Cut it so it sits flush with your bit of pipe sticking out.
Then get a slightly smaller diameter pipe that will just slide in side. Slide it half way into the pipe. Spose you could weld it. Or just use two bolts in the slider and two bolts in the bullbar end to hold it all together. Even drilling a couple of holes and puddle welding the joiner in on one side will do the job.

Pretty thats a similar technique to how they do it on roll cages. They just weld instead of bolt.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY....

If it was just for me, Id change the design completely for the strongest way. And im custom making my own bull bar anyway. But, just want a simple and cost effective bolt on, bolt off affair. To arb bull bars. The list is growing for mates who want them.

And I dont really want to put any holes in the bullbars at all.
