There is a copy of issue 159 with the electric winch test online for anyone interested. They were pretty harsh on them (continous extended line pulls) and the motor temps got pretty hot. This burn't out a few, including the tigerz. If the winch motor's got much above 110°C this started to root them.
The maximum load was only 1800kg and shit these electric winches get hot.
I will stick with my hydraulic anyday.
