Has anyone stuck 24V through the low mount tigerz11 10 000 lb comp winch and had it survive ?

i know a guy that did it on a cruiser, didnt fail and he uses it for winch challenge comps.. use a 24v solenoid though, the 12v one weled itself together with 24v and couldnt stop the winch.
