xenon fatboy globes will standard lenses cope

Post by howsie »

Looking at putting a set of 80/100 watt fatboy globes in the cruiser. Apart from upgrading the wiring I need to know if the original glass lenses will handle.the heat. Has anyone done this or have thoughts.

The ipf fatties don't run particularly hot so i don't think you'll have anything to worry about. Pm djroberts, he runs these lights in his 80 - they're brilliant.
