I really beleive you are limiting the amount of people that can get there, by having the comp the same weekend as the 4x4 Masters.
IIRC, normal SOT was/is held the same weekend as Rd 1, or it was last year.

If it was held either the weekend before, or the weekend after, I could then go to both, most likely the case with lots of other people too.

You may well be right however, the first weekend in November has traditionally always been the date for the 'Nissan Trials'. Unfortunately they no longer exist in that format so the Nissan Patrol Club has chosen to run this somewhat similar, scaled down, Son of Trials PLUS event in its place on this same date.

Judging by the amount of online entries we have already received, it's shaping up to be another massive event with heaps & heaps of great prizes on offer!

I would love to come to this, as I had a great time at normal SOT that I went to last year, but I have to be a the Masters at EC, as I have mates that are competing, and I need to be there to laugh at them.

And by the time normal SOT comes round next year, the old Lux will be too modified to enter.

Oh well, maybe next year.

Hope it all goes well for you guys anyway. Its a beautiful spot to camp.

I'll be heading down on Saturday for some driving. I'll be in my silver/red 80 on 35's.

Entries are still available. Simply enter at the Gate when you arrive.

Gates open from 12pm till 12am today, Friday 4th and then from 6am onwards on Sat 5th.

All the tracks are setup and ready and the weekend weather report is perfect for the event, so we look forward to seeing you all there!

Well done Nissan Club.

Marshalls were great and plenty of them. The tracks were great and well marked.

All in all we had a ball. Definately be back next time.
