sharp vibrations from front end,comes through steering wheel at 95 to 100 kl/h,lower speeds ok,checked all drive line and seems ok,

go and get you wheels balanced for starters, checked freeplay in the wheels.
if it still does it it could be more involed like uni-joints or something

What size tyres are you using? The original narrow tyres tend to cause that problem, wider tyres usually help.

wheel balance or wheel bearings or king pin bearings.

lift wheel and grab top and bottom of tyre and try to wobble, then grab sides and try to wobble. if it does wobble top and bottom but not side to side its king pins, if it wobbles for both then wheel bearings are loose / worn (this is my bet)

Could also be bad wheel alignment and bad bushes on drag link / tierod
93 RV, 5 in tough dog lift, dobinsons shocks and coils, PA, dual fuel, many many oil leaks and a ton of character.

problem found, had tie-rods replaced two months ago,the screw bolt on the end of the draglinks had no split pins in them,so came lose,i tightend them ,the whent beyond where split pin can hold them,i guess damage was done so have to replace.
