Its just me hitting "Ctrl C" after I type a message so that if it freezes I don't loose what I have written, must have got a Ctrl V in there in the meantime!!!

Another update,
Managed to source some rear trailing arm bushes from the US of A, landed here were half the price as buying them here. I didn't want nolathane due to performance issues (harshness/stiffnesss/robustness etc) and pretty rapt with the service. The old ones were completley stuffed with the centre bush fallling out. It steers alot better on the road with lane changes now.
