Ive never heard of them before. The custom 4x4 community is pretty tight nit, so theres a good chance someone off here wouldve heard of them, or knows of them, or possibly are them.

Where are they located??

I really hope it isnt Braden working under a different company name.

If it is Bradens new business name, DO NOT have anything to do with them!!

Yeah looks like its just starting up
I dont think it brandens new buisness
he seems pretty reasonable to talk to and if I was to go ahead with it. It would be cash on completion

If you ever get your truck back, or see some drug dealer driving it down the street :) . What a tosser that guy is. Just make sure its not him. The name sounds sus though.

Even more sus is the cash on completion part. Just go to a renown and good body shop that specialise in this area and have a warantee.

Your location says Newcastle, and your going all the way to Brissy to get a ute chop done. Can I ask why so far??

There are people much closer to Newy that can do the job.

Pom, off here does ute chops, I dont think hes on here much these days, but you should be able to get a number and some more info off guys that know him, like Bogan or Jcas, or Preecy(all off here too). Maybe send one of those guys a PM asking about him.

If he's really offering to do it far cheaper than anyone else, wouldn't you think that perhaps it isn't going to be a very good job?

And once you add fuel/transporting the car up to the workshop, and back again.
Is it still worth it??

Talk to Bogan, get Aarons number, he was based in Maitland, unsure if hes still there or not.
But from what Ive seen, he does good work.

Personally, if it was me, and I had mates like Bogan, Preecy and all those guys, with their fab skills, I wouldnt be going anywhere, Id be inviting them around for drinks, a BBQ, and just get into it.

Bogans GQ was a wagon not that long ago.

$1600 for the chop is an awesome price and theyre work looks good from the pictures.Well worth the extra money in fuel and such.
That is unpainted but comes with a mod plate.

Listen to all you blokes giving them a bad wrap when you havent even heard of them or seen their work, its no wonder people are reluctant to start build ups and the like on here anymore

If the OP is who i think it is,he is Bogans sisters boyfriend so if bogan had time im sure he'd do it.

Go for it nick,im contemplating buying an 80 just to get it cut and make some cash on it lol

Dont bother, they arent worth anything more, despite alot of dreamers who will try to sell them for drug money just because its had a cut. Just because you took a chunk out of your cars body does not make your 7K 80 owrth 30K like some people seem to think.

$1600 is probably around the money. Used to be a company at Beerwah that where around that price unpainted. And there was a member on here offering to do it for about the same price $1500 or so who had done a few patrols for mates.

I don't see the point of a $13000 conversion on a $7000 car either.

Mt point exactly snail pace gave me a quote of $1800 just primed and smoothed over with a rear window and quarter windows and dont qoute me but I think he said he takes about 2 weeks to complete that a hell of alot quicker than I coild.do it myself and I would only be saving a couple hundred dollars I know what id rather do

Doing a chop is pretty easy really, but all my experience in the workplace has been with metal fab and welding so i guess that helps.
You could do the cut, weld the rear wall in,brace it and put the rear window in all in a weekend if you get sruck into it.
Finishing touches, smoothing and painting are what takes the longest and re-doing the interior if your going to bother with it.

Is this Nick?Thought you were goin out with his sister or something
