Hey people,
I've got a gq shorty and wanting to put a dual battery setup in. Only problem is all the LPG setup is in the back right corner of the engine bay where a second battery would sit. Just wondering what people have done in this situation, how hard is it to re-locate? Or put the battery somewhere else??
Any help appreciated
Alex

Dual batteries & LPG
Re: Dual batteries & LPG
By back right do you mean close to the firewall passengers side or drivers side. Assuming you mean drivers side my brothers is directly behind the original battery. His gas setup is behind the second battery so if its on the passenger side have you thought about moving the gas system back its just changing some hoses really
93 RV, 5 in tough dog lift, dobinsons shocks and coils, PA, dual fuel, many many oil leaks and a ton of character.
Re: Dual batteries & LPG
You can use the diesel one where the tray sits between the overflow bottle and the motor. That's where my one sits, it was on gas.
Re: Dual batteries & LPG
Yeah sorry gas system is right up against the firewall on the passenger side. Diesel tray sounds interesting... Any pics?
