well heres another update a month later

with fingers crossed ive been checking the post box and nothings arrived... sent an email to JD at foa asking if there was a tracking number on what was sent... strangely enough no response... last night ive again emailed JD and CC: chris the sales guy that does seem to get back to everyone with issues on pirate... no reply yet and im not holding my breath on it....

Take from it what you will guys... what they sold me was rubbish...a 1st year apprentice would have gotten the boot for turning out the work they have sold... i wouldnt accept it from any apprentice ive taught... maybe my standards are too high... but when the chineese can put out better stuff than from the states it makes you wonder how these guys are still in buisness

If you put a big complaint on pirate, You will get their attention. Its bad for you, And its bad for their name. Its ok for them to sell you sh!t but when you need help you get none. Stuff them.

My brother did this with tpg. Kept having drama's ringing, phone line up to sh!t and no internet at home after 3 weeks of stuffing around ringing back and forth, A tech found his complaint and corrected it asap. He did all this on a different forum though.

I had the same issue with them in regards to some air bumps. The top caps blew off! i blew off trying to fill it with 80psi of air and we got a face full of oil.... Upon inspection the thread interference was approx .15 to .2mm. So you could theoretically push them on with your hand  the o ring was the only part that made you feel like they sorta fit together. After similar 'non-contact' experiences, i did get a new set of bumps, which was a good gesture on there behalf. As i initially contacted 'moto-chris' and offered to purchase all related parts to return the bumps to operational. He at first said he would send me some straight away, but 3 months later i ended up paying for priority Air freight - purely to negate any if or butts in the delivery.....
