I've put a few online at http://www.flickr.com/photos/mountainash/tags/toperi/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'll took a fair bit of video too. I'll edit up the good bits as soon as I get home (time to leave the office). Well done to all involved in putting on a top event - I'll be back again next year for sure.

On behalf of Penny & myself we would like to congratulate everyone who attended, you were a great crowd and most welcome back again. The property was left spotless and there was no unruly behavior, everyone just had a real good time.
We will try and book better weather next year, but we will also be much better prepared for wet conditions.
November 24 & 25 in 2012 will be bigger and better again!
Hope we see all of you again next year.

Many thanks to Tony & Penny for hosting a great event. Thanks also to the Canoblas 4wd club for a professionally run comp especially given the shit weather and snap decisions that had to be made.
Thanks to Ken Harris from K&A 4wd in Orange who was kind enough to bring out a complete transfer which at least allowed us to drive on the Sunday.

Congrats to the teams that took the top spots. You guys earned it with the condition of those tracks.

I guess I rather start before some fat-assed wheeler with 42s ;)

The disadvantage of staring first :

Wet track from rain earlier in the week, means you start in a swamp, starting later in the field means the track was a lot drier.
Rules change after you start, penalty points for winching instantly becomes unlimited winching with no penalty which is why so many made it a lot further.
Everyone see`s the mistakes you make

Advantages : there are none

We had a good weekend, learnt a lot about competition, teamwork communication and winching safety. This was my first Comp I`ve driven in 12 years, so thanks for providing the testing conditions.
We drove it hard, harder than I would in normal track driving, drove it like I stole it, and didnt break anything, more than happy about that.

A fantastic weekend. Thanks Tony and Penny but also to Pete and the team for giving such an even handed approach to attemps and scores.
We all enjoy having people that compete - run an event. You helped make it fantastic.
I did do some damage to the tow vehicle on the road in though. Is there any way the road to parking etc can be a bit harder??? Hit underside and exhaust and filled clay all through suspension and rods etc. Just tar and line marking - briffen wire and gutters should suffice

Thanks again so much. My son and I had a really great weekend

I think you guys were not too many behind Evan at having a crack at track 4.

The biggest thing to change on track 4 was the position of loose rocks on the step ups.

Who saw Red Bitch punching it up track 4? very spectacular!

made it to Toperi to spectate for the first time this year, big thumbs up to all involved, I will be back
