There will be always things you can change and there will always be people passing comments that were not there,as a compeditor all the racing ran pretty smoothly and we did get hung up behind slow trucks but they all ways moved out of the way when safe ( thats all you can ask for) we did get let under the bunting once in the play area but there was no where else to go as there was a car on its side trying to recover and if we waited for it would have been 5-10 min + before we got moving again so i belive it was the right call, we had a lot of fun and see you next year.

Russell
glad to hear you and rod enjoyed it . you guys were going well for the first few laps its a shame you had diff and shock issues .
i am sure everyone will be better prepared next year.

i just want to say thanks to mickyd he was one of the few competitors that came out to help set up the track and was kind enough to make all the arrows you guys were following .
to have such bad luck early and brake was a real shame as i know how much he was looking forward to it .

thanks again micky hope to see you there again next year .

Quick question brett.

Outa curiosity are you looking to keep running this event? Or just putting the the hardyards and letting someone else run from there?....Was a gq truggy just itching to show the ultra 4 a thing or 2 all weekend :D

And also i understand there arent alot of park options for something of this calibre, but have you had any interest from other parks to hold a round there?
Winch challenges- Boring the world for way too long....Oh wait, just australia...

kotr is scenic rims event. Mitch & I just had the opportunity this year to run it and develop this format. Ultimately I would love to put in the hard yards and step aside on race day and race my own car...
I don't think the gq would be competitive the way it is but we will probably do a few tweeks to it after tuff truck.
It would be up to individual park owners if they wished to have an event of this style in their park..

Has anyone got any footage or photos of the Team DGR buggy from KOTR other than what has already been posted here? I'm trying to edit a video and some more material would be great.
