3l Compression

Post by 82rangie »

Hi all,
just completed a compression test on my 3l motor and the readings were as follows,
#1-3792kpa #2-3723kpa #3-3992kpa #4-3861kpa.
The manual specifys 3138kpa or more as standard and those readings seem a fair bit more, mine has 300k on the clock do these readings sound ok? Do you think the engine would be fit to chuck on a turbo?

Cheers,
Dave
