Oil Bypass valve replacement

I'm pulling down a tb42 and noticed the oil bypass valve in the oil filter housing is damaged!! Does anyone know how to replace this valve. I have another tb42 sitting here that i can swap it over with. Does the whole housing come off??

Ended up going to Nissan and ordering another valve for $20. Apparently its a press fit. Simple valve but if it's faulty will cause oil to bypass the filter!!
