QLD legalities for leaf front and coil rear surf?

hi guys just wanna know if i did the TG IFS eliminator kit to my 1990 surf, if it would be able to get engineered in QLD? i have heard that it may have to match the springs in the rear which would mean its not legal. just wanna know if someone has done it legally of course?
