dont think theres a choice mate. you will have to remove the arms. ive done patrol ones before and just removed one arm at a time. the patrol bushes where metal outer case with rubber inner. i set my mapp gas / blow torch onto the rubber. it melted enough to just push the rubber out of the outer case. then carefully cut through outer case with hack saw until cut through. then just fold it in on its self then it will fall out. i just used my bench vise and some bits of metal packing to put the new bushes in. back yard mechanics at there best..............;)

Done cruiser 1s on a press. As said unbolted 1 at a time in a hoist. Used a press to push the bushes put. Put the new 1s in the freezer befor you install them for a few hours makes it so much Easyer and coat in anti seize makes for EASYER removal next time

Cheers for the tips mapp gas onto the rubber & slicing with the Stanley

Genuine toyota, every time, the bushes arnt cheep but they flex more the nolathane and there is plenty of 80s out there with over 500,000 on the original bushes.

If you want to save money, use nissan GQ at the diff end, they fit and are $25ea cheeper than the toyota.

I've got a full set of toyota bushes here including new bolt's & nut's cost just over $1000.
Now to find someone to do the job.
