ONLY FOUR WEEKS UNTILL ROUND TWO. CITY VIEW TERRAIN TRIALS IS A SPEED EVENT USING MAN MADE OBSTACLES AS WELL AS SOME OF THE PARK TRACKS AND NATURAL TERRAIN , IT IS DESIGNED TO BE A FAST PACED FUN EVENT ENJOYABLE TO BOTH SPECTARORS AND COMPETITORS ALIKE, IT IS HELD OVER SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WITH SATURDAY NIGHT TO RELAX BY THE FIRE OR REPAIR IF NECESSARY FOR SUNDAY. THIS EVENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THE 5/6thTH MAy 2012[/color][/color] with any luck the rain will stay away.
This is the SECOND round of a SIX round series to be held at city view 4wd park throughout 2012
There will be four vehicle classes from standard to extreme modified.
The course will consist of some man made obstacles as well as using the natural terrain of the area
The event will be run over two days and is designed to be spectator friendly

went out on sunday and had a look at some of the track building, looks like it should be fun to drive. plenty of stuff for all the classes. should be a good weekend!

nominations for this event are now open for forms email cityview@hotmail.com.au entries required by 2nd march to ensure this event goes ahead. a third party extension is required for this event if you intend to rock up on the day and nominate make sure you get this first. entry is $100.00 per car this includes camping for driver and navigator. spectator entry is $20.00 per head per day this includes camping on saturday night and entertainment if you choose to stay children under 13 free. no glass will be allowed to enter the property so please plan ahead with plastic or tin.

UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE DAMAGE TO ENTRY ROAD AND THE COMPETITION COURSE CAUSED BY THE CURRENT RAINS AND THE FORECAST FOR MORE LARGE AMOUNTS OF RAINFALL TO COME WE HAVE HAD TO POSTPONE THE EVENT UNTILL A LATER DATE . WE WILL POST A NEW DATE AS SOON AS IT IS WORKED OUT.

the gorge is almost repaired after recent rains and will now stand up better to large amounts of rain
