ZD30 NATS (Nissan Anti Theft System) Removal.

Post by KiwiBacon »

Has anyone here had success removing NATS immobilisation from an ECU?
I have a Nissan ZD30 ECU which originally interfaced with the key transponder and NATS system. I have none of that and want it to run stand-alone. There is one wire on the schematics from the NATS to the ECU.

Has anyone found a way to disable the system or simply mimick the NATS signal to fool the ECU into working?
I do have similar model ECU's here from other nissan diesels without NATS, but I'm hoping not to spend nights poring over each board trying to find the differences.
