What's this I here I thought I sold that to Shane !! Guess he must have run out of room in the back for the Storage System with all those Sub-woofers Hope you enjoying it - good to see some of my old bits 'n' pieces still floating around out there
I'll get you out of the sh%t to if you don't mind - here's some pics of how I remember it - I think I changed it a bit since then though - took out the Water Bottle Rack to make the top deck flat & made up a half cargo barrier if memory serves....
Later - Mike H.
Those are my offroad performance mods..lots of other little things have been done like installation of custom rear cargo unit (Mike Henneseys old one), CB's, CD Player etc..

mmm, I'm at work and can see them. Mt home PC security setting must be causing it - or firewall - It bloody happens in kazzalite too, I'm going to have to play around and disable it... The storage systems look unbelievable
what about clothes, tent, slabs of vic etc - where do those go - I remember on his page mike said he had a Thule roofrack or something but I never saw any pics of it - is that right? That is a brilliant setup though .
Just thought I'd drag this thread back to the top. My new project is a storage system for the Feroza, has anyone else made one and got pics or ideas?
I need to keep an area in the back for the dog to sit/ lie on- but apart from that I'm open to suggestions. I undecided on whether to try and make drawers- or just use plastic storage containers within a steel framework.
First pics of my new storage system- it wouldn't suit everyone, but gave me a lot of extra storage space on our five day camping trip over Easter.
Basically it consists of four sections- the base frame that bolts onto the floor area; the "seat" section (needed for our dog to sit on) that slides into the base; the backrest- which is easily removeable with no tools to form a solid camping table; and a small cupboard that sits above the RH wheel arch next to the "seat" section (in front of the backrest and not visible in the photos).
I've made the seat adjustable in height so the area under it and the cupboard can be varied from around 23cm up to just over 30cm. This allows extra space for the storage of decent dome tent underneath etc. The back rest can also be tilted forward up to 90 degrees if needed to allow for even more storage space in the boot area.
The first two pics are of the rear boot section showing the area under the seat and behind the backrest (come camp table). The other side of the backrest is the top of the table and is covered in laminate for easy cleaning. The rear of it (shown in the photos) is covered in marine carpet.

I take it lids = kids?? Only have one furry one who fits nicely on the seat area- will need to get a larger 4WD if that ever happens......
