Hello,
My mate has let me borrow the 4runner and we did a couple of creek crossings and had some engine problems. Turns out the Harmonic balancer was wobbly
annd causing the motor to fill up with water. We've drained it out, replaced it with oil and diesel, ran around for a while and drained it again and filled it with
fresh oil and new harmonic balancer with seals. Engine is running fine but however I want to drain the oil out of the gearbox and I was a bit confused which was the
filler plug. Here's a photo just tell me which is which, as it has been a while since I did a gearbox oil change(10years since)

the bolt on the right side is the filler and the one on the bottom is the drian plug they should both b 24 mm bolts

okay, so the one I marked out is not the filler plug but on the other side. Okay, thanks for the heads up. I'll get onto it in the morning.
