1hd-fte EDU identification

Post by tough105 »

Hi. Just wondering if someone can help me with some clarification. This may seem like a silly question but ive just recieved a 100 series 1hd-fte motor + h151 + dash/engine bay loom from a wrecker and all the extra parts and wiring have basically been given to me all mixed up in a big cardboard box and im just trying to double check I have everything I need. I have found a small black module that is labeled spill valve control, is this the same as the edu or is it something else again?
I also have the ecu, immobiliser, accelerator pedal, clutch switch for cruise control and cruise control stalk for steering wheel. Can anyone think of any other electrical components that I need before I hand it all over to the mechanic/auto electrician.

from that list there is few other bits and pieces needed i think depending on what year the motor came from.
I wouldnt bother with thrash lux and killa lux.
As many know on here the one workshop to talk about this conversion with is Total Care 4wd. they basically sussed out the conversion. Alot of these other people who do the conversions have to ring Total care to get answers or to suss issues out. theres a reason why so many people send cars there to get it done even from interstate.
