Hi all Ive just finished stripping the rear of my Partol to find out i have no seat mounts for the back seats has anyone else out there done a transplant into a DX patrol or got pictures of the mounts so i can fab some up

Put the seats in place mark where you need the bolts to go.
Drill hole to required size.
Get a piece of 5mm plate on the other side mark where the hole is. Drill hole in 5mm plate.
Weld suitable nut to 5mm plate in the correct position.
Assemble.
You can also rivet the plate to the body so it does not fall off when the bolt is removed. Would also paint all bear surfaces to stop rust.
I fixed the seat in the rear of our van like this and it was passed and blue plated easily.

It would be nice if it was so simple but I need the seats to be level to pass.
I think you will find the factory mount is going to run the length of the wheel tub and be around 10mm high and be spot welded to the inner guard.
