3L starting issue

Post by inbits »

Hey guys

I have done some searching and read through 10 or so pages of info but none of these threads gave much insight to the problem

My hilux is acting like it has a falt battery however it won't start even after charging or jump starting it clutch starts really easily and runs good alt is charging at 14.1 volts

I have removed terminals and cleaned etc

I am stumped on this and its driving me crazy as its getting worse
I have run jumper leads to be sure the çabling isn't the problem

What are peoples thoughts on the this
Battery or starter

Cheers inbits

It could be starter i had one that drew too much current(so i was told) that it would flatten batery to quick and was sluggish to start.
also when we did an engine swap we missed the earth to motor and it would only turn over very slowly. so maybe check and clean all earths
