3F to 1HZ swap

Post by Nat84 »

hi guys i have a 1990 3F carby 80 series and looking at putting a 1HZ in to it as i can get one cheap so have a few Q's about the swap.

my 80 runs a H150F gearbox and from what i can tell the 1HZ 80 runs the same gearbox different bellhousing and clutch

1HZ clutch is
Size, Spline OD & No. of Teeth 275 x 29.7 x 21
Flywheel Profile +0.5mm

3F clutch is
Size, Spline OD & No. of Teeth 275 x 27.9 x 10
Flywheel Profile +0.5mm

so i can use a 3F clutch on the 1hz but is the 3F H150F the same as the 1HZ H150F (spline length)
